　　And what is success? It’s not becoming a president or a famous star， those are in the minority. where the shoe pinches is that you have a sound constitution ， a fine personality and also a career which you are falling over yourself for. The students must have an idea to develop a fine personality. Of course， there must be many difficulties and problems when you are trying . You need a profound consciousness and strong willpower to face and deal with these problems ， difficulties and venture.

　　責任，從具體的方面來說，既有對自己、對家庭的責任，又有對社會、對國家的責任。

　　現(xiàn)在的大學生自我責任意識已明顯增強，對自我設計、自我實現(xiàn)、自我價值的發(fā)展要求也比較高。但同時也存在一些問題，如家庭責任意識不強，愛情、婚姻責任觀念比較混亂，職業(yè)責任認識比較模糊，他人責任和集體責任觀念淡化，合作意識不強等。總體來說，責任意識在提升，但社會責任感還有待增強。

　　大學生缺乏社會責任感，主要有三個方面的原因：

　　第一，在校學生與社會的直接溝通越來越少。

　　第二，在校學生與社會的溝通環(huán)節(jié)不暢。他們所能參與的社會活動，十分有限，不能使同學們完全地認知這個社會，因而，也就不能樹立起強烈的社會責任感。

　　第三，“亞文化”在校園內大行其道，外來文化和網絡文化十分盛行，其中有不少都是具有濃重的個人主義、自由主義色彩的文學、影視作品。長期接觸，不免也會沾染其中一些不良思想，如過分看重個人得失、個人感受，從而忽略整體利益。

　　作為當代大學生，已經成為也必須成為責任主體，因為他已經具備公民權利、公民意識，也必須具備責任意識。要正確認識權利和責任的關系。

　　作為大學生，首先要正確認識什么是成功，什么是幸福。

　　什么是幸福？不是你賺了多少錢，現(xiàn)在百萬富翁自殺的'也不少。心靈的寧靜與和諧才是幸福。

　　什么是成功呢？并不是要成為總統(tǒng)、成為名人，那畢竟是少數，關鍵在于有一個健康的體魄和完善的人格，有一份自己熱愛的事業(yè)。大學生要增強健全自己人格的觀念。當然，在實際生活中，這樣做會遇到很多問題，關鍵在于如何去面對和處理這些問題，如何應對風險和困難，這需要有深刻的思想認識，又要有堅強的毅力。
