　　一、試卷分析

　　試卷難易程度適中，特別是閱讀理解，5篇閱讀，其中2篇屬于附加題，難度由易到難，區(qū)分度很好，學生能讀懂，能拿分，但是想拿高分卻需要較好的基礎。

　　學生在閱讀表達上基本能得6至8分，得分率較高。

　　試題知識面覆蓋較全，分布到位并非常仔細，把握每個單元的英語知識分輕重的對學生進行了考核，尤其在試題內容中采取了靈活變化的形式，充分體現了不僅僅是單調考知識內容，而是考靈活運用知識的能力。

　　但是相對普通班而言，沒有把低重心運行的理念貫徹到底，以致學生考試成績相當不理想。

　　二、學生考試情況分析

　　經分析，有的學生得分較好的是單詞拼寫題，失分較多的是完形填空題以及閱讀表達，還有作文寫作也失分較多主要是在失分在卷面書寫上，普遍較差。

　　三、教學現狀產生的原因及改進措施

　　從這次考試情況來看，一定程度上防范了兩極分化的現象出現，但是也體現出了一些問題。

　　經過平常的課堂教學的鞏固工作和復習階段的努力，學生在對閱讀和單選題水平上都有了較大的提高，但個別語法知識的掌握還不夠牢固，尤其是個別題目反復做過幾次也沒能把握好，閱讀表達解題能力也相對較弱，也與平時的不夠重視和練習較少有關，針對這些問題和現象，在接下來的下半學期要采取的措施有：

　　1、幫助學生樹立學習英語的自信心，增加學生學習的積極性還是至關重要，尤其是要以鼓勵和表揚為主，要保證課堂教學質量以及學生的聽課質量，做到“雙向促進”。
