　　一年的見習期即將結(jié)束。在這一年里，在各位領(lǐng)導和老師的熱心支持和幫助下，我認真做好班主任和英語教學工作，積極完成學校布置的各項任務(wù)。下面我把本年度的工作做簡要的匯報總結(jié)。

　　一、師德表現(xiàn)

　　平時積極參加全校教職工大會，認真學習學校下達的上級文件，關(guān)心國內(nèi)外大事，注重政治理論的學習，同時配合組里搞好教研活動。每周按時參加升旗儀式，從不缺勤。服從安排，人際關(guān)系融洽。另一方面，教師的言行，學生極易照樣接受，很少去鑒別，因而，我本著要對學生的一生負責，認識到必須要正視自己的言行。以身作則，才能為人師表。要求學生做到的，自己必須先做到。如果言行脫節(jié)，說做不一，或者是要求學生這樣做，自己卻那樣做，只能引起學生反感，造成惡劣影響。我堅信擁有健康的人格品位，才能在學生中樹立威信、得到敬重，起到榜樣作用。

　　二、班主任工作

　　學校領(lǐng)導出于對我的磨煉與培養(yǎng)，讓我一個剛畢業(yè)的學生一進校就做五年級的班主任。通過向其他優(yōu)秀班主任的學習，我認識到教育上單方面的嚴和愛都是不行的英語教師實習鑒定的評語英語教師實習鑒定的評語。班主任最主要的是要找到嚴和愛的切合點。

　　在工作中注意：

　　3.關(guān)懷后進生、行為偏差生、后進生、行為偏差生是有著強大的自卑感難教育的一批。對此，我拿出了極大的耐心，通過家訪和談話等形式逐步使他們有所轉(zhuǎn)變。現(xiàn)在我班已經(jīng)逐步向著一個既有著嚴格的制度，又充滿團結(jié)向上風氣的集體靠攏。班主任工作精心而又繁瑣，是在廣闊的心靈世界中播種耕耘的職業(yè)，在今后的教育生涯中，我將用我的青春繼續(xù)耕耘這片園地。

　　三、英語教學工作我所任教的是三年級和五年級共四個班的英語教學工作。面對這兩個有一定年齡差距的年段，我根據(jù)他們各自不同的特征因材施教，著重注意做到以下幾點：

　　1.深入細致的備好每一節(jié)課。在備課中,我認真研究教材，力求準確把握重點，難點，并注重參閱各種資料，制定符合學生認知規(guī)律的教學方法及教學形式。注意弱化難點強調(diào)重點。教案編寫認真，并不斷歸納總結(jié)以提高教學水平。

　　2.認真上好每一節(jié)課。我在英語課堂采用多樣化活動教學，把音樂、簡單的舞蹈動作、游戲、畫畫、比賽等融入到課堂中，激發(fā)學生的求知欲，活躍課堂氣氛，最大限度地讓學生在輕松自主的學習氛圍中快樂求知，輕松學習，不斷地鼓勵自己“english,i cando”“english,i can say”。

　　3.認真及時批改作業(yè)，注意聽取學生的意見，及時了解學生的學習情況，并有目的的對學生進行輔導英語教師實習鑒定的評語評語。

　　4.堅持聽課，認真記錄，積極參與評課，學習各組教師的教學經(jīng)驗,努力探索適合自己的教學模式，并抓住每次外出學習的機會，取長補短，收獲不少

　　5.注重教育理論的學習，把一些先進的理論應用于課堂,做到學有所用.一年來,我在學校開了多次公開課。通過開公開課,使自己的教學水平得到很大的提高，但也使我意識到了自己在教學方面的不足之處,一年教齡公開課受到各位老師的好評。總體上來說，我感覺從大學校園走進小學校園，不僅僅是環(huán)境的變化，更多的是角色的變化，從一個被教育者變成了教育工作者。在這樣一個變化的過程中有苦有甜，但是我知道所有的付出一定會有回報的。以上是我這一年見習期的工作總結(jié),不足之處請各位領(lǐng)導及老師指正，我一定會再接再厲，繼續(xù)努力工作。
