小學(xué)體育教育中融入社團(tuán)的實(shí)踐論文

現(xiàn)在學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)已經(jīng)到了不得不重視的地步,越來越多的學(xué)生出現(xiàn)近視眼,肥胖,運(yùn)動(dòng)能力下降等問題,導(dǎo)致這樣的現(xiàn)象存在有著很多的原因,整個(gè)社會(huì)的唯分?jǐn)?shù)論、升學(xué)的壓力迫使不得不犧牲體育鍛煉,解決這樣的問題,同樣需要學(xué)校、家長、老師、教育主管部分的共同協(xié)同和努力。讓學(xué)生動(dòng)起來,走進(jìn)運(yùn)動(dòng)場,首先要解決的是體育鍛煉的空間、時(shí)間和條件;其次是學(xué)生對(duì)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的興趣。體育社團(tuán)的開展正是基于學(xué)生的興趣建立起來的一種體育的組織,其目的是通過學(xué)生體育參與的手段,達(dá)到促進(jìn)學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)提高的一種方法。在現(xiàn)有的條件下,小學(xué)體育社團(tuán)的開展存在一定的瓶頸,這樣的困難在小學(xué)特別的明顯。體育社團(tuán)目前在高校開展的最好,最根本的原因是高校的學(xué)生不存在升學(xué)的壓力。小學(xué)體育社團(tuán)的運(yùn)營和開展可以借鑒高校體育社團(tuán)的發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。小學(xué)體育社團(tuán)相對(duì)于中學(xué)或者高校也有自身的特點(diǎn)和屬性,如何在小學(xué)現(xiàn)有的條件下,在教師的指導(dǎo)下,使得小學(xué)生在體育社團(tuán)中向樂學(xué)、肯學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)變,達(dá)到體育社團(tuán)長期良性循環(huán)發(fā)展。是所有小學(xué)體育工作者迫切需要做的工作。本文以無錫市的五個(gè)行政區(qū)域中開展小學(xué)體育社團(tuán)的50所學(xué)校為調(diào)查對(duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查等研究方法,研究小學(xué)體育社團(tuán)在這些學(xué)校開展的現(xiàn)狀,找出存在的困難,存在的問題,并提出建議。
研究結(jié)論:
1.小學(xué)體育社團(tuán)開展的現(xiàn)狀:參加小學(xué)體育社團(tuán)的小學(xué)生大多集中在四年級(jí)、五年級(jí)、六年級(jí),從無錫市小學(xué)體育社團(tuán)的開展項(xiàng)目、活動(dòng)的頻率、活動(dòng)時(shí)間、指導(dǎo)教師狀況、管理與組織形式來分析無錫市小學(xué)體育社團(tuán)開展的現(xiàn)狀,無錫市五個(gè)區(qū)被調(diào)研的小學(xué)都有開展體育社團(tuán),并且具有一定的規(guī)模,活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目豐富,指導(dǎo)教師年輕,學(xué)歷趨高,常設(shè)的項(xiàng)目以三大球?yàn)橹,輔助其他新興項(xiàng)目,活動(dòng)時(shí)間以周一到周五下午最多,活動(dòng)頻率一周一次為主。
2.對(duì)體育社團(tuán)的認(rèn)知:調(diào)查分析了小學(xué)生對(duì)體育社團(tuán)的情感喜愛程度,得出小學(xué)生對(duì)體育社團(tuán)的喜歡程度很高,小學(xué)生對(duì)體育社團(tuán)的認(rèn)識(shí):選擇重在參與的小學(xué)生最多,占到了 55.3%,其次是體育社團(tuán)趣味性;小學(xué)生參加體育社團(tuán)的動(dòng)機(jī)順序依次是:娛樂參與、興趣愛好、學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)、鍛煉身體、減肥;體育教師對(duì)待社團(tuán)的態(tài)度中選擇認(rèn)真對(duì)待態(tài)度占到了大多數(shù),比例為 76.3%;在家長對(duì)體育社團(tuán)的認(rèn)識(shí)方面,只有小部分體育社團(tuán)的家長不了解體育社團(tuán),大部分家長對(duì)社團(tuán)都有了解。
3.61.4%的小學(xué)生認(rèn)為體育社團(tuán)大大提高了其興趣愛好,52.3%的小學(xué)生認(rèn)為體育社團(tuán)增強(qiáng)了其自信心;通過指導(dǎo)體育社團(tuán),81.3%的教師更加受到學(xué)生的喜愛;家長認(rèn)為體育社團(tuán)對(duì)小學(xué)生產(chǎn)生很大積極影響的比例為 36.8%,較大影響的為 26.5%,14.3%的家長和 13.1%的家長認(rèn)為社團(tuán)的開展影響了休息和學(xué)習(xí)。體育社團(tuán)的開展得到了小學(xué)生、體育教師、家長的支持;同時(shí)三方對(duì)無錫市小學(xué)體育社團(tuán)還是滿意的。
4.小學(xué)體育社團(tuán)存在的問題:社團(tuán)的活動(dòng)時(shí)間少,頻率低;指導(dǎo)教師大都為本校體育教師,水平有限;學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)體育重視程度不夠;家長的支持力度不夠;制度不完善;評(píng)價(jià)與獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)方式單一?長效發(fā)展的建議:
1 .積極地為每一個(gè)學(xué)生創(chuàng)造參與社團(tuán)的條件。
2 .實(shí)現(xiàn)體育與德育的共同發(fā)展,制定總的計(jì)劃,為體育社團(tuán)指明方向。
3 .積極創(chuàng)新,因地制宜地開展各種特色社團(tuán)。
4 .樹立安全意識(shí),開發(fā)各種人力物力資源。
5 .樹立團(tuán)體意識(shí),重視團(tuán)體排名,創(chuàng)新評(píng)價(jià)體系。

In this paper, 50 schools in the five administrative regions of Wuxi City were selectedas the object of the survey, and the current situation of the primary school sportsassociations in these schools was studied by using the methods of literature andquestionnaire to find out the difficulties , The existing problems, and makerecommendations to promote the long-term development of primary school sportscommunity.
IVAnalysis conclusion:
1.
