　　目前，浙江、天津、云南等省市已開始高考英語(yǔ)科目“一年多考”，大多是從聽力、口語(yǔ)部分進(jìn)行嘗試。從各省試點(diǎn)情況看，大部分考生對(duì)于“一年多考”方式是比較支持認(rèn)可的，因?yàn)楦呖加⒄Z(yǔ)聽力考試受偶然的因素影響比較大，天氣和周圍環(huán)境都可能影響考試，實(shí)行“一年多考”可以減輕考生的心理壓力。

　　有基層工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)勢(shì)大

　　今年在招考政策方面，有些改進(jìn)。比如，除特殊職位外，任何招錄機(jī)關(guān)不得設(shè)置與職位要求無(wú)關(guān)的限制性條件，如身份、性別、學(xué)歷性質(zhì)、身體等。
