第一，做好課堂筆記。顧名思義，課堂筆記便是利用課堂時(shí)間將老師所講的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)、疑點(diǎn)記下，千萬不可以“手懶”，對于知識(shí)零碎的英語來說更是如此，好記性不如爛筆頭。然后是回顧筆記，回顧筆記才是做筆記的重點(diǎn)，建議大家，周末時(shí)專門抽出時(shí)間回顧一下當(dāng)周所做的筆記，這樣能有效地緩解緊張的心理，可以讓你在下一周的學(xué)習(xí)中得心應(yīng)手。舉個(gè)我自己的例子吧，記得有一次英語抽測，我抱著僥幸的心理，沒有做好復(fù)習(xí)工作，所以考試前就開始臨時(shí)抱佛腳，結(jié)果到了最后，根本沒有時(shí)間復(fù)習(xí)完，考試時(shí)慌慌張張，考得一塌糊涂。所以說，做好筆記對于學(xué)生來說十分重要。

2、每天堅(jiān)持聽磁帶是鍛煉聽力的'最有效的方法。一般的英語試卷，聽力占20%，是很大的分?jǐn)?shù)，所以想考高分的話，聽力必須保證滿分。聽磁帶時(shí)要仔細(xì)聽，一個(gè)一個(gè)單詞的聽，能清楚的聽到每一個(gè)單詞組成的句子，如果有含糊不清的，不要只想著跳過，應(yīng)該重復(fù)地聽，直到聽清為止。我們可以在老師上新課前提前預(yù)習(xí)，預(yù)習(xí)新課文并且聽課文磁帶，這樣老師講新課時(shí)，你就可以清楚的知道，每一個(gè)單詞每個(gè)句子在哪里，在講什么，聽課效率肯定會(huì)提高很多，尤其對一些在英語方面不是很優(yōu)秀同學(xué)來說，這是很有幫助。

For a few minutes the man and the woman struggled with the box. Soon they were tired. “Let’s rest for a minutes,” the man said,” I’m sorry, but it is struck.” A few minutes later, the man said, “l(fā)et’s try again.Are you ready?” Both of them took hold of the box again. “one, two, three!” the man said, and they went on with their struggle.
At last, when they were very tired, the man said, “you’re right, It is really struck, I don’t think there’s any way we can get it out of the car.”
The woman cried. “I’m trying to get it in!”
