　　“叮鈴鈴，叮鈴鈴——”上課鈴響了，這一節(jié)是英語課，只見戴老師走進來，笑瞇瞇地對我們說：“你們知道嗎？這次英語期中考試，我們考得很不錯，希望同學們繼續(xù)努力！”望著她的笑臉，我感慨萬分：戴老師一有空閑時間，就幫學習差的學生補習功課，不管她有多累，都耐心地解答學生們提出的每一個問題。每當同學們有了一點兒進步，她都會發(fā)一些獎品來激勵他們。漸漸地，學習差的同學們也都恢復了自信，成績提高了許多。
