一、全球化趨勢(shì)明顯，英語(yǔ)已成為一項(xiàng)重要的技能，為與老外交流，必學(xué)；
二、英語(yǔ)是可以學(xué)，但不能提升到高于中文的高度，不能本末倒置。
我覺得兩種意見有有理，因?yàn)槌忠庖娙藢W(xué)英語(yǔ)的目的不同，所以難免各有所見。但我更偏向于第一種。就我個(gè)人來說，理由有三。
首先我喜歡美景，尤其是那地中海柔軟的沙灘、明媚的`陽(yáng)光，和愛琴海湛藍(lán)的海水以及那撲面而來的浪漫氣息，多么令人陶醉。所以為了能順利地在國(guó)外溜達(dá)，學(xué)好英語(yǔ)是十分必要的。要是能結(jié)交個(gè)黃發(fā)碧眼的俊男美女，那豈不是更過癮？！

第二步，草稿。有的同學(xué)怕出錯(cuò)，全文都打草稿再謄寫，我姑且認(rèn)為不太可取，畢竟考場(chǎng)時(shí)間寶貴，即使我有四十分鐘時(shí)間寫作文也不敢貿(mào)然這么做，更何況考場(chǎng)時(shí)我們留給作文的時(shí)間往往一再被壓縮。有的同學(xué)不打草稿，我認(rèn)為更不太可取。一來容易出錯(cuò)，二來邊寫邊想思維不連貫，即使思維連貫也無法審詞酌句，展現(xiàn)自己最好的一面，容易后悔。
草稿怎么打?
1.結(jié)構(gòu)就是你打算分幾段寫，每段都寫什么?哪段轉(zhuǎn)哪段承哪段起合?心里都要是有譜的。
2.關(guān)鍵詞：結(jié)構(gòu)擬定后，迅速在草稿紙上寫下自己這篇作文可能用到的一些關(guān)鍵詞。包括一些漂亮的詞和自己可能會(huì)忘記的詞。主要是動(dòng)詞和名詞。
3.句式：詞寫下來了，其實(shí)你構(gòu)建這篇作文的建筑材料就到位了，下步就是要把它們蓋成漂亮的作文。先用最普通的陳述句把它們?cè)陬^腦中過一遍，然后看看都能改成什么句式。
三、正式寫。
這樣的.草稿打完后，就要快快寫了。注意，英語(yǔ)作文的卷面簡(jiǎn)直太重要了，一定要把字寫整齊，寫大。沒有把握的詞和句子不用。別忘了遵守你最初用鉛筆劃下的題目的規(guī)定。
四、檢查。
