　　He led the famous uprising①----Nanchang Uprising on August 1st,1927.Then he took part in the Long March.From 1937 to 1945,he worked in South China.

　　After the People's Republic of China was founded,he was elected Premier②of China.He put all his heart into the work and always worked until midnight.He had no time to think about himself,but only the Chinese people.

Money cannot solve every problem, least ofall when one issuddenly deprived of his dear ones. What the relatives of the victims need most is concern and sympathy. A manager must have a strong sense of responsibility. By trying to shirk even the moral responsibility of the accident, the FAT manager has shown himself to be unsympathetic to the crash victims and their relatives. I feel deeply disappointed.
