列要點(diǎn)即把要寫的內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)化，一般5—10個(gè)左右結(jié)構(gòu)上獨(dú)立，內(nèi)容上連貫的句子。確保要點(diǎn)不遺漏，做到這一步時(shí)，不一定要按照題目中所給材料的順序，而要組織好表達(dá)方式及次序，做到條理清晰不漏要點(diǎn)。
再吃透了要點(diǎn)的真實(shí)含義之后，恰當(dāng)?shù)匕衙恳粋�(gè)要點(diǎn)譯成英語，寫成大約10個(gè)左右完整的句子。但書面表達(dá)不是幾個(gè)或幾十個(gè)句子，更不是百十個(gè)單詞的簡單湊合，而應(yīng)是條理清晰，層次分明，語言地道，符合英語表達(dá)習(xí)慣的“一體化”的表達(dá)方式。因此寫作時(shí)遣詞造句要準(zhǔn)確，對于拿不準(zhǔn)的單詞短語或句型千萬不能亂用，更不能違背英語的表達(dá)習(xí)慣，生編硬造，標(biāo)新立異。否則，只能是弄巧成拙，錯(cuò)誤百出。造句時(shí)要多用簡單句、短句，少用復(fù)雜句、長句。多用自己有把握的詞匯、句式，多用地道英語，避免“漢語式”英語。每個(gè)句子都要注意句子成分的完整，語法是否正確，說法是否符合習(xí)慣，當(dāng)對限定的內(nèi)容表達(dá)“山窮水盡疑無路” 時(shí)， 可用“變通” 手法， 很可能就“柳暗花明又一村” 了。
