昨天上午第一節(jié)課是英語課，這是一節(jié)特殊的英語課。因為上課的時候，后面有好多老師在聽課，就連校長都坐在那里聽課。
英語老師開始講課了。她還是像以前一樣分出一組和二組，我在二組里，李雪佳也在二組里。答題的時候，后面有那么多老師看著，我特別緊張，不一會，我 就滿頭大汗了，臉通紅通紅的，像一個熟透了的紅蘋果。老師提的問題很多，一組回答得要比我們組好。這個時候，老師又提出一個問題：“誰會讀‘游泳’這個詞 ��？”我有些猶豫，可是他們都舉手了，我想：別人都有勇氣舉手，我也一定能行的。于是，我也舉起了手。老師叫我起來回答這個問題，沒想到我居然讀上來了。 英語老師給我們組加了一分，當時我的心里甭提有多自豪了，像吃了蜜一樣甜。后來，老師讓我們每個人讀了一遍這節(jié)課學過的單詞，我覺得自己讀得很好，老師也 說我很棒。我開心地笑著，心里想：我一定要讀得更好。后來，老師看了一下黑板，一組得的分多，于是老師說：“二組的同學繼續(xù)努力，希望你們一會的分數(shù)可以 超過一組。”接下來，老師讓我們自己讀課文，看看我們會不會。老師問我會不會，我給老師流利地讀了出來。然后老師又繼續(xù)講課了。
老師找張瀚文讀單詞的時候，我覺得她好像沒學會，讀得磕磕巴巴的，一點也不流利。她在讀單詞的'時候，似乎很害怕，可能是因為后面坐了那么多老師聽課的緣故吧？

一年一度的“English Festival”又要到了，上一年英語節(jié)我未參加，為此還挺遺憾，今年又豈能錯過？
班里主要籌劃了《百萬英鎊》與《宋定伯》這兩個節(jié)目，大概有二十人參加吧。這兩個劇本情節(jié)豐富，英語口語的難度也不低，參加英語節(jié)，劇本既有趣，又不乏“技術(shù)含量”。且兩個節(jié)目的演員們都挺上心，下午便分別進行了排練。
我們與老師一起在學校排練，《百萬英鎊》劇組的演員們到齊后就整體性的開始一遍遍排練。
《百萬英鎊》是一部小說，內(nèi)容當然極為豐富，十分鐘左右當然演不完，我們飾演了男主獲得百萬英鎊支票后去買衣服的情節(jié)。
第一遍整體下來后，用了十幾分鐘，一是我們并不對自己飾演的.角色很有充分的了解，所以很多對話，上下場都誤了時間，二是劇情的確不短，對每個人，猶其是“老板”與“青年”有很大考驗。
一部話劇并不是那么容易就能演的繪聲繪色，風趣又有技術(shù)含量在內(nèi)的，它需要通過每個人演員用心的去對戲、背稿，將自己當成所飾演的角色融入場景，這絕非易事。我們?nèi)绻梢赃_到每個演員都融入其的境界，英語節(jié)的演出絕對不成問題。
但僅僅幾小時的排練并不能提高很多，下午，過了幾遍戲，老師也對戲做出了一些調(diào)整，總體來說，一個大框架算是固定了，最后一遍是七分鐘多完成的。每個演員也都對自己的角色、戲分有了較為多的了解，但很多細節(jié)，如表情、動作、語氣等都還欠缺不少，脫稿對于詞多的同學也是一個難題。
預選賽不遠了，希望勤加練習，《百萬英鎊》與《宋定伯》兩個節(jié)目都可以突破重圍，獲得那五個名額中的一個！

They were asked which they liked reading most among the four categories of English articles: news, stories, popular science articles and articles about learning methods.
The survey shows that more than half of the students like to read news most. Twenty-six percent of the students say that English stories are their favorite. Only seven percent of the students are most interested in reading articles about learning methods. However, the number of students who enjoy reading popular science articles doubles that of those who prefer reading articles about learning methods.
