　　愛笑的女子總是很美的。這句話確有道理。

　　我們的英語老師，是一個(gè)身材苗頭嬌小柔弱常帶笑的女子。初見她時(shí)，以為她也就二十四五歲，她皮膚保養(yǎng)得很好，白嫩光滑。

　　可是當(dāng)她講課時(shí)跟我們說起，她來實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)今年已是第十一年，當(dāng)時(shí)我就驚呆了。她還經(jīng)常給我們講她的大學(xué)生活，我很想問，老師您芳齡幾何？

　　其實(shí)她實(shí)際年齡已達(dá)三十。無奈人家長的.嬌小，保養(yǎng)又好，加上臉龐常掛著微笑，別人見到只會(huì)覺得有種視覺舒適感，覺得很溫暖。

　　常笑一笑，不僅能使自己放松心情，也能緩解別人的壓力，更為自己的人際交往奠定了初步基礎(chǔ)。

　　當(dāng)然，笑不是裝給別人看，而是發(fā)自于內(nèi)心。真心的笑，來自于對(duì)生活的樂觀積極態(tài)度，來源于對(duì)生活的享受，對(duì)人生的熱愛。無論世界多么繁忙，我們總要騰出給自己一個(gè)微笑的時(shí)間。有時(shí)成功，不僅僅是能力，也在于心態(tài)。
