　　but he could not swim across the river. suddenly a good idea came upon his mind. he asked the gorilla to help him lay a long stick across the river so that they could share the peaches together. no sooner had the monkey gone across the river than he drew the stick away.

　　那是第二節(jié)課的.課間，班里顯得尤其熱鬧，因為下節(jié)課是英語課，馬上就要揭曉英語成績了。我的心還沉浸在語文成績91分的喜悅中，忽然聽到英語只考了78分這個噩耗，我萬分吃驚。我在班里也算是英語尖子，這次卻只考了78分，怎么可能？可是眼前這張打著鮮紅鮮紅78分的答題紙卻把我心里所有的驚訝和僅有的一點希望打得支離破碎。霎時間，我感到天昏地暗，電閃雷鳴，仿佛天都要塌下來了！一開始我還覺得這只是我的幻想，可再定睛一瞧這猶如惡魔般的78分，突然醒悟，原來這一切都是真的！這“惡魔”把我想當(dāng)年級第一的美好愿望掠奪得一干二凈！我陷人了深深的自責(zé)和痛苦當(dāng)中，陷人了同學(xué)們的譏諷和嘲笑當(dāng)中：“張禮啊，你語文考得那么好，英語卻一下子沒電了，你這唱的是哪一出呀？”“張禮啊，煮熟的鴨子飛走咯！”……

　　至今想起這個分?jǐn)?shù)，我的心里還略存一點后怕，但更多的還是教訓(xùn)：考試時我太小看卷子，以為題目很簡單，所以沒有盡全力考，結(jié)果落得了這么個下場！不說了，看期末！
