　　首先，要讓他聽講效率提高，上課時每位組員都會提醒他認真聽講。其次，課下時間督促他完成作業(yè)，并且保證作業(yè)質(zhì)量高。課間，不放過每一分可利用的時間，每位組員輪番檢查他的背誦課文以及單詞記憶情況。那段時間里，每位組員努力上進，不離不棄，誰也不放棄誰。
