　　Spring comes at last. Everything begins to grow. The trees turn green, and the flowers come out. On the playground, in the fields, on each side of the road, the young grass grows everywhere.

　　Spring also arrives in our school. Come and see, behind our teaching building, there are some small pear trees covered with white flowers; on both sides of it, there are some other flowers smiling at you, Some are yellow, some are red. In our school garden, more flowers are there. All kinds of flowers of many colours can be seen.

　　Look, there are some Kites flying in the sky. The spring wind is blowing. The sun is shining brightly. Some boys are playing games in the sun, Listen, a group of girls are singing "Where’s spring?" It sounds like the singing of lark birds. All these make me think that spring is here, spring is there, and spring is just in our school. Fhe boys and the girls are all like flowers in spring.

　　我們都控制不住自己興奮的心情，嘰嘰喳喳地說個(gè)不停。當(dāng)主持人來到臺(tái)上，宣布第五屆英語節(jié)閉幕式表演正式開始時(shí)，我們才出奇地安靜下來，認(rèn)真欣賞同學(xué)們表演的精彩英語節(jié)目，個(gè)個(gè)節(jié)目都生動(dòng)形象，讓小觀眾們飽了眼福。我暗暗佩服起來，心里想：要想練得這么好，得要下一番功夫呢！遇上好玩的節(jié)目，我一定會(huì)使勁拍手，把我的小手都拍紅了呢！

　　最令我難忘的事情還是閉幕式表演之后的游園活動(dòng)，只有四、五、六年級(jí)的同學(xué)參加。五、六年級(jí)的一些大哥哥和大姐姐們擺了一些攤位，在里面搞了一些有趣的英語小游戲，只要答對(duì)了，他們都會(huì)給我們一些好吃的糖果讓我們享受。

　　我先來到五（4）班的領(lǐng)地，一位大姐姐拿著一張卡紙，上面寫著反義詞（美麗的`反義詞）卡片上給了提示：“丑陋的”，我靈機(jī)一動(dòng)，心想：今天上午的英語課不是學(xué)了“丑陋的”這個(gè)單詞嗎？正好可以派上用場(chǎng)哩！我趕緊對(duì)大姐姐說：“反義詞是丑陋的)。”我回答對(duì)了，大姐姐給我一張紙條，讓我去后面領(lǐng)糖果，我高興極了，蹦蹦跳跳地來到了領(lǐng)糖處，拿了一顆糖。這讓我信心十足，覺得沒什么難的。我又來了一次，果然又成功了，我有點(diǎn)飄飄然了，我想：可不能飄飄然，否則后面就要完蛋了。其他同學(xué)也爭(zhēng)先恐后地排著隊(duì)，一點(diǎn)兒也不想浪費(fèi)時(shí)間。

　　我一回頭，看見六（4）班那兒也挺熱鬧，便跑去看看，原來是在拼單詞呀。我也參與進(jìn)來，我看了看卡片，一下子就知道是汪汪)這個(gè)單詞，大姐姐看我拼對(duì)了，獎(jiǎng)我一個(gè)藍(lán)色的文件夾，我開心地想：今天的收獲還不小呀！還有許多同學(xué)在討價(jià)還價(jià)，希望能獎(jiǎng)?lì)w糖。

　　時(shí)間過得飛快，眼間，下課鈴打響了，我們都戀戀不舍地走了，真希望時(shí)間能再多一點(diǎn)！

　　We make an urgent appeal that measures should be taken to cope with the situation. Our government should build various facilities such as sewage treatment plant and encourage scientists to work out more and better ways to reduce water pollution.
