　　Additionally, the competition in an organisation is good for the organisation. Due to the emulation of individuals, everyone desire to be better than others. Under the competition, every one will fulfil their potential and the organisation will maximise its human resource to achieve its goal.

　　In conclusion, competition is good for not just individuals but also the entire society. Accompanied with competition, the world will be better.

　　終于擺脫了這泥濘的小路，到達(dá)了教學(xué)樓。走到五三班教室門口，第一眼看到的是兩個外國人！教室里的同學(xué)們七嘴八舌的議論著：“噍！那個女老師長著一張娃娃臉，真好看！”“看，那個男老師長的真高，看起來好和藹！”聽他們這么議論，我才知道原來是兩個外國老師，還知道了他們是從巴基斯坦來的，專門來給我們上課的。

　　那個男老師開始跟我們班同學(xué)交流，先是跟英語大王——王建棟交流，然后又挨個和每一個同學(xué)對話。問的都是“What’syourname？”、“Howareyou？”之類的話。

　　上課了，我們迅速坐到自己的位置上，女老師開始介紹自己。她的名字叫卡莎，喜歡喝酸奶，并且打開電腦，用大屏幕給我們放映英語單詞的圖片，上面各種美食把同學(xué)們愛吃的本性全部拉出來了。下半節(jié)課，我們進(jìn)行了英語對話，雖然有些單詞不認(rèn)識，但至少“yesorno”說的挺有外國范了。

　　兩個老師整堂課都是用英語講的，我感到很不適應(yīng)，所以講的'大部分都聽不懂。但是他們講課的方式很特別，風(fēng)格也都很幽默，同學(xué)們不時的發(fā)出陣陣笑聲，我心情也變得開朗起來。

　　下課鈴響了，兩個外國老師就要走了，隨著班主任的一聲“快搶鏡”！同學(xué)們一擁而上，把兩位老師給團(tuán)團(tuán)圍住，都想離他們近一點兒，有幾個擠不進(jìn)去的同學(xué)，情急之下竟上了桌子。等大家都站好之后，家委會的會長孫銘悅的媽媽給我們拍照留念。
