十二月二十二號，我和五個同學一起來到四眼碶中學參加英語比賽。
我們是第三個表演，原本非常自信，可看了前兩個表演后，頓時，成了一個個泄了氣的氣球。就說第二個表演吧，他們演的是英文的“三打白骨精”。內(nèi)容很多，也非常幽默，原本書中寫的`是悟空外出時，唐僧等人在原地休息，而表演的的同學們卻改編成了在原地打撲克。這讓全場的評委老師和同學都笑了起來。我們也哈哈大笑。不一會兒就到我們了。
我們徑直走上舞臺，快速布置起來。布置完背景后，我按照自己的稿子認真地念了起來。在警察出場時，鬧了一個小笑話。我的旁白還沒有念完時，警察就出來了。這也注定了我們的分數(shù)會下降。表演完了后，我們下場欣賞別的同學的表演了。
我看了接下來的表演，有的表演《狐貍偷肉》，有人表演《小紅帽》，還有人表演《狐假虎威》等經(jīng)典的故事，我覺得我們最多只能拿最后一名，所以在心里下定了決心要好好學習英語，成為英語小能手。
比賽雖然結(jié)束了，但我一定要好好學英語。

When I went to a boarding school, I took it with me. My roommates used to laugh at me about it, but I still kept it beside my pillow. I love it so much because it gives me comfort whenever I feel down.

漢語的使用人數(shù)眾多，特別是隨著中國的和平崛起，經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，國力強盛，民族自信心和自豪感增強，其影響力也日益廣泛，學漢語的人也越來越多了。全球各地的漢語學校也逐漸建立起來，對外國人進行漢語教學，漢語水平考試近年來人數(shù)也不斷增加。但是我們要注意到，這些外國人在學習漢語時，比起我們發(fā)奮學習英語來說真的是微不足道了。
我們的母語是漢語，學好它是天經(jīng)地義的事情，也是必須要掌握的，但是現(xiàn)在很多中國人的漢語水平實在不敢恭維，隨便找份報紙，上面就有錯別字，或者語句不通，這種情況真是太多了。
我相信我以后一定會學好漢語和英語的。
