　　今年的高考英語有什么新動向，如何備戰(zhàn)才能獲得高分？在日前由《中國電腦教育報》和DEC中恒聯(lián)合舉辦的21世紀語言與情景教學高級專家論壇上，來自北京外國語大學、清華大學、北京大學等知名學府和權(quán)威語言教學機構(gòu)的英語教育專家透露：今年高考英語將更加突出語言的整體運用功能，“情景”考察的比重進一步加大，所有題型從聽力到書面表達無不是在語境中進行詞匯、語法等單項的考察。專家提醒廣大考生，要徹底丟棄過去那種死記硬背單詞、生呑活剝語法的“頭痛醫(yī)頭腳痛醫(yī)腳”式復習方法，從整體上把握英語，以能力的提高為應試的基石，否則難獲高分。

　　專家分析說，近幾年高考英語單項選擇一般是15道題，其中有10道題是直接在語境中進行考察的，只有5道題或者是句子結(jié)構(gòu)分析或者詞義辨析，即使是純結(jié)構(gòu)和辨析題也都包含一定的語境。所以，教師在平時編題，考生在復習時都應該遵從這個比例配置，把語境題放在主導地位。閱讀理解盡管包含了各種各樣的話題，但是歷屆高考閱讀題細節(jié)占的比重最大，所謂細節(jié)其實就是語境、情景。在聽力方面，輸出的信息完全在語境中進行。而書面表達，一般是情景作文，或者開放式的情景作文，在一定情景基礎(chǔ)上給學生更大的思維空間，目的是培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)新能力。

Family planning not only can stem the population growth, but can also provide the needed information for those who want to start a family. 　　1) Disseminate information on family planning and persuade people to scrap the traditional thinking that a boy is better than a girl and that having no heir is a shame.

　　3) Positively strive for support from government officials and leaders of a consortium.

　　4) Put continuous emphasis on the need to tie up the oviduct or the vas deferens for either sex. In a word, family planning rests with every citizen, not merely with a few persons.

　　Contrary to the very popular belief that people who have suffered from hardship in their lives have stronger personalities, some researchers claim that hardships can be very misleading. As far as I am concerned, hardships cast negative influences on people’s lives.

　　Firstly, people who suffered from troubled lives are easily misled. It’s found that while some people may indeed become more “hard-nosed” through adversity, the majority become less trusting of their own judgment. It surprisingly found that early negative experiences make people stronger in late life. Furthermore, the people who had experienced an adverse childhood and adolescence were more likely to come to believe information that is not true. Those people were more suggestible, and easily misled which in turn could affect their future.

　　Secondly, hardships cause pain and misery to people. When faced with adversity, people can easily get pessimistic and depressed due to the distress and agony brought by hardships. Some families end up in divorce and some depressed people even commit suicide or social CRImes. This undoubtedly will bring about a series of problems to society at large.

　　In conclusion, hardships have direct adverse effects on both people’s mentality and their perception of reality. Therefore, in my opinion, they are absolutely not necessary in life.

Most training is concerned with technique, for musicians have to have the muscularproficiency of an athlete or a ballet dancer. Singers practice breathing every day, as theirvocal chords would be inadequate without controlled muscular support. String playerspractice moving the fingers of the left hand up and down, while drawing the bow to and frowith the right arm—two entirely different movements.

　　Singers and instruments have to be able to get every note perfectly in tune. Pianists arespared this particular anxiety, for the notes are already there, waiting for them, and it is thepiano tuner’s responsibility to tune the instrument for them. But they have their owndifficulties; the hammers that hit the string have to be coaxed not to sound like percussion,and each overlapping tone has to sound clear.

　　This problem of getting clear texture is one that confronts student conductors: they haveto learn to know every note of the music and how it should sound, and they have to aim atcontrolling these sound with fanatical but selfless authority.

　　Technique is of no use unless it is combined with musical knowledge and understanding.Great artists are those who are so thoroughly at home in the language of music that they canenjoy performing works written in any century.
