　　There are so many people smoke in the world, though they know smoking is harmful to their health, they just could not get rid of it. The number of smoker increases very year, the worse thing is that some smokers don’t realize they had bad effect on others. For the health, we should stay away from smoking.

　　在全世界有很多煙民，雖然他們知道吸煙對他們的健康有害，但是他們就是無法擺脫煙癮。吸煙者的數(shù)量每年都在增加，更壞的事情就是一些煙民沒有意識到他們對別人造成了不好的影響。為了健康，我們應(yīng)該遠離吸煙。

　　Once people smoke, it is hard for them to get rid of it. Take my father for example. My father started to smoke when he had the job annoyance at the age of 30. Since then, he smoked now and then, the tried to quit many times, but he never made it, because his mind told him smoke all the time. My father is a typical smoker, many smokers like him have given up quitting smoke.

　　人們一旦吸煙，就很難擺脫。拿我爸爸來當(dāng)例子。我的爸爸在他30歲的時候，有很多工作上的煩惱，所以他吸煙了。從那時候起，他時而不時地吸煙，他多次嘗試戒煙，但是都沒有成功，因為他腦海里不斷想要吸煙。我的爸爸是一名典型的煙癮者，很多像他這樣的煙民已經(jīng)放棄了戒煙。

　　Smoking not only hurts one’s health, but also brings bad effect on others. The second-hand cigarette is harmful to the people who are around the smokers. The innocent people should not have to suffer from it. For everybody’s health, it is our duty to keep away from smoking.

　　吸煙不僅有害一個人的健康，也給別人帶來了不好的.影響。二手煙對在煙民附近的人非常有害。無辜的人們本來可以不用遭受這樣的煙。為了每一個人的健康，遠離吸煙，人人有責(zé)。

After that, I have some free time. At eight o’clock, I go to bed. This is a day in the school. Mum, you always tell me “Happiness is very important in our life.” So I want to be happy every day. 　　中國人學(xué)習(xí)英語，有三條，一，怕說不好不敢說。二，中國人怕羞，說不好被笑話。三，說英語不敢大聲，怕說錯，會得到他人的恥笑。就這三點，造成了現(xiàn)在，中國百人之三十的人會說英語，其余的人羞于啟齒。這就是一種不好的表現(xiàn)，沒事別怕，說不好沒關(guān)系，只怕不敢說。

　　首先，說不好沒人笑，只要你大膽嘗試，你就比任何一個人都強，英語沒什么難的，在美國，三歲的小孩能流利的說英語，為什么在中國，大人都不敢學(xué)英語呢？總之，很不好意思，這就是中國人不會英語的最好理由。不要在乎任何一個人的恥笑，說錯了沒關(guān)系，改正了就行了，下面我來講一個實例：

　　在某所小學(xué)，一名校長考察五年級班的英語怎么樣，但結(jié)果卻很不樂觀。校長先叫了一位女同學(xué)回答，女同學(xué)不禁緊張，半天說不出話，校長搖搖頭，叫她坐下。接著又叫了一位男同學(xué)，男同學(xué)也支支吾吾，話不成句。校長放下課本，又叫了好幾名學(xué)生，依然沒有人說，這次的英語考題雖然難了些，但是，校長考驗的不是英語，是那顆心。結(jié)果，叫了差不多全班人，只有一個較小的女孩回答了，盡管說的不是太流利，女孩仍然一副淡定的表情，校長心里很高興，其余的.同學(xué)都哄堂大笑，女孩卻不管不顧，校長示意女孩說句話，女孩開了口：“如果我說的不好，我會改正，我會大膽的說出來，但是，你們不敢說，沒有說，怎么就能笑我？我這話不是諷刺，更不是批評，只不過是事實罷了，如果你們還笑我，就請你們來教教我，這句話怎樣讀？”女孩坐下了之后，校長趕緊鼓掌，其余同學(xué)呆住，雖然這短短的幾句話，卻教育了這一班同學(xué)，之后，這一班同學(xué)的英語成績特別好，校長也因此記住了那個女孩！

　　如果你還是不敢說的話，那么你就用這個方法，來試一試：

　　給自己制定一個任務(wù)表，每天回答老師英語問答15次，或者選更合適的次數(shù)，一天回答15次，一直這樣，堅持一個月，就可以得到父母的小獎勵。完成三個月之后就讓父母帶著孩子去哪里玩，有了目標(biāo)，不就行了么，管他誰笑呢。

　　把這些話告訴你的同學(xué)，同學(xué)明白了之后不就不會笑你了么？他們也努力上進了，這難道不是一件好事么？

　　Then in the classroom I found that I brought a wrong test book and no pen.When I was eating my lunch I found the rice taste sour and there was a worm in my apple.In the afternoon my stomach felt strange.It must be the sour rice.How could this be!

　　Finally when I got home everything became much better.My stomach was fine and my mother prepared a delicious dinner for me.After dinner I had a nice hot bath.Right now I felt great.I hope everything can be fine tomorrow.

　　我每天都很用心的聽磁帶，上課時用心聽老師講解，積極回答問題，大膽的說出英語，上了一個星期，我感覺還不錯，英語也沒那么難么!星期天媽媽給我做了個小測試，結(jié)果錯了三道題，聽力和句子沒錯，都是錯在eraser和crayon這倆個詞上，我老是把兩個詞弄混。

　　媽媽幫我想了個點子，她說:"昨天，我們上文具店，媽媽給你買了一盒五顏六色的crayon,這盒crayon可以幫助你畫出最美麗的圖畫。"然后媽媽就看著我，我明白媽媽的意思，就趕緊接著說:"我用crayon畫畫時，畫錯了，就用eraser擦，eraser軟軟的，許多同學(xué)都喜歡在用pencil在eraser上搗洞洞，我喜歡把eraser當(dāng)成彈力球玩。媽媽特別討厭我用eraser,因為媽媽認為我寫作業(yè)時老用eraser就會耽誤時間，還很臟!"媽媽這個方法真好，我想我以后再也不會弄混eraser和crayon了。
