Jiuhuashan(also called "Mount Jiuhua"， literally "Nine Glorious Mountains")
Mount Jiuhua is one of the four sacred mountains of Chinese Buddhism. It is located in Qingyang County in Anhui province and is famous for its rich landscape and ancient temples.
Many of the mountain’s shrines and temples are dedicated to Ksitigarbha (known in Chinese as Dìzàng， Traditional Chinese：)，
who is a bodhisattva and protector of souls in hell according to Mahayana Buddhist tradition. Pious Buddhists often come to this popular attraction in Anhui to climb to Greater Tiantai peak， which is regarded as Jiuhuashan’s most important peak， although it is not the tallest.

英語(yǔ)一直是我最頭痛的一門功課。因?yàn)樵谖铱磥碛袩o數(shù)個(gè)毫無規(guī)律的英語(yǔ)單詞要背誦，還有那莫名其妙的聽力，都令我煩惱不已。但這學(xué)期我發(fā)現(xiàn)我似乎對(duì)這門討厭的功課產(chǎn)生了興趣。
事情的起因是爸爸出差到北京，給我?guī)Щ亓艘慌_(tái)讀書郎英語(yǔ)同步讀書機(jī)。我立刻被它漂亮的外表吸引住了，因?yàn)樗褚慌_(tái)高檔的筆記本電腦。打開讀書機(jī)，左邊是音標(biāo)，分為元音、輔音；右邊是26個(gè)英語(yǔ)字母。最大的好處是它可以下載我上課用的.PEP教材。媽媽讓我打開英語(yǔ)課本，翻到第1頁(yè)，把讀書機(jī)中的頁(yè)碼調(diào)至相同頁(yè)碼，我再用那神奇的信號(hào)筆一點(diǎn)，點(diǎn)到哪兒，讀書機(jī)就發(fā)出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的讀音，點(diǎn)第二遍時(shí)它就譯出這個(gè)單詞的中文含義，真是太神奇了！
剛開始幾天，我每天一放學(xué)就抱著這臺(tái)讀書郎，漸漸地新鮮勁也就過去了。媽媽看準(zhǔn)了時(shí)機(jī)，立即調(diào)動(dòng)我的積極性，把老師當(dāng)天教的英語(yǔ)單詞分批教我，并慢慢告訴我這個(gè)字母在單詞中所發(fā)的音。這樣，日積月累，慢慢地我對(duì)有些字母的發(fā)音規(guī)律也有所掌握。正像媽媽所說的那樣，一旦你會(huì)讀準(zhǔn)這個(gè)單詞，那么這個(gè)單詞的一半已被記住，只要稍一用心，就可記住全部。媽媽告訴我：學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)要循序漸進(jìn)，因?yàn)橛洃洉?huì)衰減，所以學(xué)單詞時(shí)，先學(xué)一遍，過一會(huì)兒復(fù)習(xí)一遍，到第二天再?gòu)?fù)習(xí)一遍，一星期、一個(gè)月內(nèi)再次復(fù)習(xí)，這樣能把短期記憶變成長(zhǎng)期記憶。這種方法叫作思馬德記憶。按照媽媽所說的方法，我試了一下。哎，果真有效果！漸漸地我對(duì)背誦單詞有點(diǎn)竅門了。這個(gè)學(xué)期六個(gè)單元所要求的四會(huì)單詞，我全部做到了會(huì)聽、說、讀、寫。
因?yàn)楸痴b單詞有了明顯的進(jìn)步，得到了老師的表?yè)P(yáng)，我的學(xué)習(xí)熱情倍增，對(duì)聽力也產(chǎn)生了興趣�，F(xiàn)在我拿到聽力課文，不象以前那樣手忙腳亂，而是先把課文、圖案看一遍。如果是選擇題，我會(huì)看清圖案，了解這幾幅圖的大致含義，再聽錄音。我現(xiàn)在能抓住幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)詞語(yǔ)與圖案進(jìn)行對(duì)照，基本能做到準(zhǔn)確無誤。對(duì)閱讀也同樣，抓住幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞語(yǔ)和下面的問題進(jìn)行對(duì)照。

In the middle night,the wind blowed harder and the rain came down harder,too.The trees outside were blowed by the strong wind and batter a lot.The sounds outside was very loud and scary.Sometimes I could hear an ambulance driving by I hope it was not someone hit by an object.
This morning the typhoon had already left.My grandfather and I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood.Some trees fail down,some cars were damaged and some houses were damaged,too.But my father's car,my house and my family are fine.
