2. TheSports Activities I Like Best/ My Favorite Sport
There are many kinds of sports that I enjoy, such as swimming, running, and dancing.However, the sport that I like most is basketball. 3. Healthand Wealth
Which is more important, wealth or health? Different people have different opinions.
Some people prefer wealth, holding that money can not bring everything, but withoutit, one can do nothing. In order to get more money they can do anything.However, other people regard health as more important. Once health is lost, itis no use having a lot of money.
As far as I am concerned, I love wealth, but I value health more. Everybody wantsto live a happy life. So they try their best to earn money which they canensure they lead a comfortable life, but if happiness and comfort are achievedat the cost of their health, how can they be happy Without health money becomesmeaningless.
In my opinion, no one agrees that a wealthy person without good health can behappy. So, just do our best and keep fit.
4. My English Study
English is always my favorite subject and I am good at English. I would like to share 4good studying habits with you.
First,remember 20 new words, and never give up. Second, go over grammar points I havelearnt in English class regularly. Third, read an English article in ChinaDaily every day. Fourth, write an English composition every week and askteacher to revise that for me to improve the writing level.
If you do things above, I am sure your English will also be improved.
5. MyPlan for the Spring Festival
Spring festival is the most important festival for Chinese people. Many people willprepare many things for the spring festival. Now this is my plan for the springfestival. The first, I will visit my friends and my relatives. The second, Iwill make a big snow man with my daughter and my wife. The third, I will staywith my parents, because I have no more time to stay with them at peacetime.This is my plan for the spring festival. I hope all of you have a good time inthe spring festival.
6. WaterPollution
Everybody knows that there is seriousproblem of water pollution on the earth. Yes, water pollution is increasing.
Look!The water in the river is getting dirtier and dirtier. Most of fish in thewater have died, and we can’t swim in the water.
My grandfather says, when he was very little, the water in the river was veryclean. He often swam in the river with his friends.
That was before, but now we can’t see such clean rivers. Let’s protect the waterfrom pollution, because we can’t live without water. The water is reallyimportant to us all.

first of all, the disadvantages may include lack of privacy and little opportunity to be independent. they will lose the chance of living on their own. another drawback to living in an american home involves the possibility that the family may treat the student like a child. for eample, the parents may want to decide who his friends should be and where he should go during his leisure time.
even though there may be some disadvantages in living with an american family, the advantage far overweighs them. by taking part in a home-stay program, the student has an ecellent opportunity to learn about american customs. also, he will learn about many other aspects about american way of life, such as the way schools are run in the u nited states. and the family will no doubt make cerlain that he becomes acquainted with this new way of life, and soon he will feel at home.
