　　當(dāng)談到團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和溝通，我們所有人都應(yīng)該正確看待它。幸運(yùn)的是，隨著社會(huì)的商業(yè)化和競爭的日益激烈，很多人對(duì)此給予了應(yīng)有的重視。

　　很明顯，我們應(yīng)該意識(shí)到團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和溝通的重要性，尤其是在工作場所，更是如此。沒有同事的幫助和與合作伙伴的溝通，任何人都不可能在事業(yè)上取得成功。隨著競爭的日益激烈，我們必須通過強(qiáng)大的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作打敗對(duì)手。以籃球明星姚明為例，他能把球打得很漂亮，因?yàn)樗械年?duì)友或多或少都對(duì)他出色的表現(xiàn)做出了貢獻(xiàn)。如果我們不與其他人合作及溝通的話，我們將被限制在脆弱的思想和有限的資源中。

　　基于以上分析，我們可以得出結(jié)論，在這個(gè)競爭激烈的社會(huì)中，團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和溝通真的很重要。因此，我們應(yīng)該與我們的.伙伴和諧相處，為我們的目標(biāo)而努力。此外，經(jīng)常訓(xùn)練我們的孩子在團(tuán)隊(duì)中與他人順暢互動(dòng)是必不可少的。常言道，團(tuán)結(jié)就是力量。

　　摘要：作文教學(xué)一直是初中英語教學(xué)中一個(gè)重要的部分，雖然教師都十分重視作文教學(xué)，然而由于初中學(xué)生的英語水平有限，加之很多學(xué)生對(duì)作文又有著畏難的情緒，學(xué)生互相合作學(xué)習(xí)的意識(shí)不高，這也是英語作文教學(xué)并不理想的原因。因此，就初中英語作文教學(xué)中運(yùn)用小組合作學(xué)習(xí)來提高學(xué)生寫作的興趣和能力進(jìn)行了探討。

　　初中英語教學(xué)中作文教學(xué)占有相當(dāng)大的比重，通過寫作可以對(duì)學(xué)生的英語綜合運(yùn)用能力進(jìn)行檢測，但在實(shí)際教學(xué)中英語寫作情況并不樂觀。

　　尤其是少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的英語教學(xué)仍存在著很多的`問題，很多學(xué)生對(duì)英語寫作常常充滿畏懼，作文質(zhì)量也較低。如，有的學(xué)生拿來就寫，不論對(duì)錯(cuò)，寫完也不檢查；有的學(xué)生看到寫作要求，毫無頭緒，無從下筆等�；谶@些，我認(rèn)為在初中英語作文教學(xué)中實(shí)施小組合作學(xué)習(xí)就顯得十分迫切了。

　　一、小組合作學(xué)習(xí)在初中英語作文教學(xué)中運(yùn)用的作用探析

　　學(xué)習(xí)過程是一個(gè)信息互動(dòng)的過程，它往往是以一種多向交叉的方式進(jìn)行傳遞的。而小學(xué)合作學(xué)習(xí)就是以“學(xué)生”為中心，通過合作，加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的互動(dòng)，讓小組成員在合作、互動(dòng)中完成任務(wù)，這樣的過程更利于學(xué)生主動(dòng)去獲取知識(shí)，提高學(xué)習(xí)能力。

　　首先，小組合作有利于學(xué)生互教互學(xué)，彼此交流信息。這不僅給小組成員提供了大量的發(fā)言和思想交流的機(jī)會(huì)，更能幫助學(xué)生樹立學(xué)習(xí)的自信心，激發(fā)學(xué)生參與寫作的興趣。

　　其次，小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中可以讓學(xué)生充分發(fā)揮自身的優(yōu)勢，調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作意識(shí)和競爭意識(shí)，這更是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)主體地位得以體現(xiàn)的重要途徑。

　　二、小組合作學(xué)習(xí)在初中英語作文教學(xué)中的實(shí)施方式和步驟

　　小組合作寫作教學(xué)的一般步驟可以分為七個(gè)方面：

　　1.小組內(nèi)部討論

　　教師給定寫作要求后，小組組長要根據(jù)要求組織小組成員對(duì)寫作要求進(jìn)行熟悉和把握，并針對(duì)寫作要求進(jìn)行交流，挖掘?qū)懽鞯闹黝}，對(duì)生詞、詞組及相關(guān)信息進(jìn)行查缺補(bǔ)漏。（小組記錄員及時(shí)記錄相關(guān)信息）

　　2.組織全班交流

　　當(dāng)小組完成討論交流后，可以選擇幾組具有典型意義的小組討論結(jié)果進(jìn)行全班交流，通過評(píng)價(jià)指出寫作的方向和要點(diǎn)。

　　3.學(xué)生獨(dú)立創(chuàng)作

　　通過小組和班級(jí)討論交流后，每個(gè)學(xué)生根據(jù)寫作要求，并結(jié)合討論所得的信息進(jìn)行獨(dú)立創(chuàng)作，在寫作過程中如果遇到困難，可以向同學(xué)或是教師尋求幫助。

　　4.互相批閱

　　此環(huán)節(jié)可以是小組成員間互相批閱，也可以是小組與小組間互相批閱。批閱中要鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生敢于提出自己的觀點(diǎn)，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生對(duì)被批閱的文章進(jìn)行必要的補(bǔ)充、修改等，并對(duì)好句、好詞進(jìn)行標(biāo)注，對(duì)于沒有把握的地方，可以進(jìn)行查閱或是請教老師。及時(shí)修正錯(cuò)誤。

　　5.學(xué)生及時(shí)修改

　　批閱后，學(xué)生要能對(duì)他人的批閱進(jìn)行再次審視，需要修改的及時(shí)修改，有疑問的及時(shí)咨詢，只有讓學(xué)生及時(shí)修改，才能真正體現(xiàn)小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的意義。

　　6.教師及時(shí)點(diǎn)評(píng)

　　小組點(diǎn)評(píng)后教師要進(jìn)行及時(shí)的總結(jié)和評(píng)價(jià)，讓學(xué)生整體把握。

　　7.引導(dǎo)學(xué)生再提升

　　批閱和點(diǎn)評(píng)后要求學(xué)生再次審視自己的文章，查缺補(bǔ)漏，如果變動(dòng)太大，可以進(jìn)行重寫。這樣，再次的修改有利于學(xué)生寫作水平的提高，還能幫助學(xué)生形成良好的寫作習(xí)慣。

　　總之，在初中英語作文教學(xué)中實(shí)施小組合作學(xué)習(xí)十分有利于提高學(xué)生寫作水平，又能培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作意識(shí)，使學(xué)生各方面的能力得以提高。
