In the timetable, the man gets up at four o’clock, which will never happen for an ordinary person. Then he takes exercise for an hour. After eating the simple breakfast, he flies to Spain and signs a contract about more than 20 billion dollar. It only takes a morning to finish it. He spends the whole afternoon to fly five cities in China, until 7 P.M does he come to his office and continues to work.

International Conference on Globalization， from March 3th to 10th， will be held at Tsinghua University. We， the Postgraduates‘ Association， are entitled to organize this conference. Thus， we are badly in need of volunteers to assist us in organizing the relevant affairs， including reception， distribution of documents， technical support， etc.
Students who have previous experience as volunteers are preferred. Basic knowledge in computer， fluent oral English and an amicable personality are some of the qualities we desire. Volunteers shall be available for at least 3 days without absence during the conference.

I went on a trip to Hainan with my family on during the holiday.We went there by plane.After we got off the plane,we went to the beach to see the beautiful sand and swim there.There were other people there too.Some people were surfing and some people were diving in the deeper part of the sea.Afterwards we had lunch at a seafood restaurant near the beach.We ate seafood like shrimps and craps,and drank some abalone soup.
We all didn't want to go home because the scenery was so beautiful,and there were so many other exciting things to try,but sadly it was time for us to go.
It was definitely an exciting trip.If I have a chance to go there again,i will be more than happy to visit the place again.

Many people want to ask what is the best time for sleep? Do we need to sleep early or late? My opinion is to sleep early. Here is the reason why we should sleep early.
First it will make you more healthy. Sleep late would cause illnelong time not sleeping early will damage your body. Second many people had said that if you don't get many time to sleep and you sleep late would make black rim of the eye. That is not healthy also and it's not beautiful. We should give our body a rest. Sleep is the best way. Well there are certain time that is best for us to sleep. Sleep early is definitely better than sleep late. Also we should not keep awake the whole night. You don't feel the damage when you are young but when you get older the problem start to appear. Many disease of heart and lung started from not sleep at night. Many youth think it is fun to keep awake or sleep late. But I don't think so. Keep your body healthy. I strongly suggest to sleep early.
