　　英語一直是我最頭痛的一門功課。因為在我看來有無數(shù)個毫無規(guī)律的英語單詞要背誦，還有那莫名其妙的聽力，都令我煩惱不已。但這學(xué)期我發(fā)現(xiàn)我似乎對這門討厭的功課產(chǎn)生了興趣。

　　事情的起因是爸爸出差到北京，給我?guī)Щ亓艘慌_讀書郎英語同步讀書機。我立刻被它漂亮的外表吸引住了，因為它像一臺高檔的筆記本電腦。打開讀書機，左邊是音標，分為元音、輔音；右邊是26個英語字母。最大的好處是它可以下載我上課用的PEP教材。媽媽讓我打開英語課本，翻到第1頁，把讀書機中的頁碼調(diào)至相同頁碼，我再用那神奇的信號筆一點，點到哪兒，讀書機就發(fā)出標準的讀音，點第二遍時它就譯出這個單詞的中文含義，真是太神奇了！

　　剛開始幾天，我每天一放學(xué)就抱著這臺讀書郎，漸漸地新鮮勁也就過去了。媽媽看準了時機，立即調(diào)動我的積極性，把老師當天教的英語單詞分批教我，并慢慢告訴我這個字母在單詞中所發(fā)的音。這樣，日積月累，慢慢地我對有些字母的'發(fā)音規(guī)律也有所掌握。正像媽媽所說的那樣，一旦你會讀準這個單詞，那么這個單詞的一半已被記住，只要稍一用心，就可記住全部。媽媽告訴我：學(xué)習(xí)英語要循序漸進，因為記憶會衰減，所以學(xué)單詞時，先學(xué)一遍，過一會兒復(fù)習(xí)一遍，到第二天再復(fù)習(xí)一遍，一星期、一個月內(nèi)再次復(fù)習(xí)，這樣能把短期記憶變成長期記憶。這種方法叫作思馬德記憶。按照媽媽所說的方法，我試了一下。哎，果真有效果！漸漸地我對背誦單詞有點竅門了。這個學(xué)期六個單元所要求的四會單詞，我全部做到了會聽、說、讀、寫。

　　因為背誦單詞有了明顯的進步，得到了老師的表揚，我的學(xué)習(xí)熱情倍增，對聽力也產(chǎn)生了興趣�，F(xiàn)在我拿到聽力課文，不象以前那樣手忙腳亂，而是先把課文、圖案看一遍。如果是選擇題，我會看清圖案，了解這幾幅圖的大致含義，再聽錄音。我現(xiàn)在能抓住幾個重點詞語與圖案進行對照，基本能做到準確無誤。對閱讀也同樣，抓住幾個關(guān)鍵詞語和下面的問題進行對照。
