　　小作文重格式的特點要求考生們在格式上不能犯錯，熟悉一些應(yīng)用文的格式和英文中應(yīng)用文的表達(dá)習(xí)慣。句子無誤是小作文得高分的第一步。

　　1、稱呼格式

　　1)對陌生的團(tuán)體負(fù)責(zé)人的稱謂：Dear Madam or Dear Sir

　　2)用于對認(rèn)識但是關(guān)系很正式的個人、組織或團(tuán)體負(fù)責(zé)人的稱謂：Dear Ms.... or Dear Mr. ...

　　3)用于對關(guān)系親密的人的稱謂：Dear Tom/Lucy (or any other name)

　　2、正文格式

　　縮進(jìn)式: 段落之間無空行，每段開頭空四個字母。

　　3、落款格式

　　落款時可以使用下列萬能格式：
