　　I used to be a weak girl who had lost heart in various physical activities. Every time I was faced with a physical exam, I couldn't help sweating and feeling nervous.However, after I read an article about a man who was born without arms and legs, everything changed.Instead of losing hope and giving up,he managed to live like a normal person. Through his story, I suddenly realized that there is always hope and nothing is impossible for a willing heart. Unexpectedly, I finally started to make progress in physical activities!
