　　Union Is Strength

　　I like to play basketball very much, so when I went to middle school, I joined the basketball team. Last week, our team had a match, we were against another school, all of us were so excited and wanted to win. When the match began, our team worked very slowly, we could not cooperate very well, because this was the first time for us to play. When half match time went, we lagged behind, our team leader called us together and told us we must get united, so that we could have the chance to win. Then we played hard and cooperated so well, we won the game at last, it was so amazing, union is strength.

　　團結(jié)就是力量

　　我很喜歡打籃球，因此當我上初中的時候，我加入了籃球隊。上周，我們隊有一場比賽，是對陣另一個學校，我們都感到很興奮，因為這是我們第一次大比賽。當比賽半場過去了，我們處于落后，隊長把我們叫在了一起，告訴我們必須要團結(jié)，這樣才有機會贏。我們打得很拼命，配合得很好，最后終于贏得了比賽，真是美妙極了，團結(jié)就是力量。

　　The man said calmly that he conquered nothing but himself.

　　These words seem to be simple, but for me, they are meaningful.

　　When we face the difficulties, we will give up because we think we can’t do it. With that thought, we have given up so many chances to try.

　　Life is a journey, if we stop keeping moving on, how can we see the coming scenery. It is obvious that the problem is ourselves, we are afraid of failure and refuse to try. If we get over this thought and have a try, then we are heading to the road of success. When we conquer ourselves, we are successful.

　　Water is very important for us. We must drink water everyday. We can’t live without water. Water is everywhere around us. At work, people use water to put out fires, to grow vegetables, to make things in factories and so on. We also can swim in the sea. Water is important for us, isn’t it?
