　　Doing sports is good for our healthy.

　　Now,many students exercise every day in our shool.But most of them dislike to exercise in the past.Because they think it is tired.And the feeling after that is uncomfortable.In the end,they always fell ill.Because of this ,their grades dorpped ,too.So,they started to do sports .They like toplay soccer ,basketball,volleyball and so on.The shool life becomes more colorful.

　　Exercise such as playing sports is good for studends ′ mind and body.The students can also spend time with their family or friends as play together.It is really great changes of school life!
