本文在對(duì)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷的概念及作用進(jìn)行概述的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了北京鑫宇萬(wàn)德福商務(wù)酒店?duì)I銷的現(xiàn)狀,存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了解決的對(duì)策。首先講述的是酒店?duì)I銷的作用,它包括現(xiàn)代酒店市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷的概念和在酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)中的作用兩個(gè)方面;然后是酒店市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷的現(xiàn)狀,它包括該酒店市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)兩個(gè)方面;再次是酒店在市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷中存在的問(wèn)題,主要包括營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃缺乏有效的保障,計(jì)劃在執(zhí)行中缺乏績(jī)效的考核和約束,營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃缺乏過(guò)程管理;最后是加強(qiáng)酒店市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷的對(duì)策,主要包括酒店的營(yíng)銷策略,酒店管理中營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃有效執(zhí)行的保障,運(yùn)用必要的推銷工具。

Undoubtedly, The comprehensive set of market-oriented business idea for the industry of hotel , and establish reasonable reform program, The hotel will seize the new opportunities for development in the new round of market competition to find the dominant position, it is of great significance.
Based on the concept and useing of the marketing discussed the Beijing Xinyu Wonderful hotel business profile. Analysis of the states of the Beijing Xinyu wonderful business hotel marketing , the existing problems and proposed measures to resolve.First, the hotel's marketing status, which includes the hotel marketing ,the advantages and disadvantages.And the hotel overview, followed by the role of marketing, It includes modern hotel marketing concepts and hotel operators. 旅游市場(chǎng)發(fā)展到今天,已經(jīng)由賣(mài)方市場(chǎng)向買(mǎi)方市場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)變了,利潤(rùn)高,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)小的時(shí)代已經(jīng)一去不復(fù)返了,在生產(chǎn)力和信息全球化快速發(fā)展的的今天,使得酒店不斷的優(yōu)化整合,同時(shí),中小酒店也如雨后春筍般迅速發(fā)展,于是產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重,再加上消費(fèi)者消費(fèi)意識(shí)的提高、消費(fèi)觀念的理性化,酒店為了生存發(fā)展開(kāi)始爭(zhēng)資源,爭(zhēng)客戶,爭(zhēng)渠道,以便能打造自己的酒店核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,加快擴(kuò)張自己的規(guī)模。但效果并不十分顯著,還影響整個(gè)酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展。究其原因在于酒店的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷沒(méi)有針對(duì)性,缺乏個(gè)性化服務(wù)意識(shí)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)品不突出。本文以北京鑫宇萬(wàn)德福商務(wù)酒店為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷進(jìn)行深入分析,在研究過(guò)程中我認(rèn)為應(yīng)提高自己的服務(wù)、環(huán)境質(zhì)量,加強(qiáng)服務(wù)人員的營(yíng)銷理念,提供個(gè)性化服務(wù),同時(shí),將網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶入現(xiàn)代酒店市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷當(dāng)中是把銷售提升起來(lái)是一個(gè)非常重要的方式。下面是結(jié)合營(yíng)銷學(xué)當(dāng)中理論分析該酒店的營(yíng)銷狀況。著重寫(xiě)出的是在該酒店所面臨的問(wèn)題以及對(duì)策。
