I bet most of you guys have come across such situation, when you go shopping and buy something, you find there is something wrong with the product after you buy it, you want the manager to compensate for you, but the manager refuse to. Though you are angry, there is nothing you can do. As a consumer, we need to protect our rights, when we find the products are not conformed with specifications, we have the right to ask for compensation. The consumers’ rights are legal and protected by the laws, March 15 is International Day for Consumers’ Rights and Interests, it pays special attention to the consumers, it reminds consumers of their rights. If consumers find the shops are cheating customers, they can call the police and protect their rights. So when we buy products, we need to have the conscious that our consumers’ rights are protected by law.
我猜你們大部分人都遇到過這樣的情況，當(dāng)你去逛街買東西，買下產(chǎn)品后才發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品有問題，你想要經(jīng)理賠償你，但是經(jīng)理斷然拒絕。雖然你很生氣，但是你也不能做什么。作為一名消費者，我們需要維護我們的權(quán)益，當(dāng)我們發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品和說明書不符合時，我們有權(quán)利要求賠償。消費者的權(quán)利是合法的，并且受到法律的保護。3月15號是國際消費者權(quán)益日，它關(guān)注消費者，提醒消費者他們的權(quán)益。如果消費者發(fā)現(xiàn)商店在欺騙顧客，他們可以報警，維護自己的權(quán)利。所以當(dāng)我們買產(chǎn)品時，必須要意識到消費者的權(quán)利是受到法律保護的。

我國刑法第二十條對正當(dāng)防衛(wèi)的規(guī)定是：“為了使國家、公共利益、本人或者他人的人身、財產(chǎn)和其他權(quán)利免受正在進行的不法侵害，而采取的制止不法侵害的行為，對不法侵害人造成損害的，屬于正當(dāng)防衛(wèi)，不負刑事責(zé)任。
正當(dāng)防衛(wèi)明顯超過必要限度造成重大損害的，應(yīng)當(dāng)負刑事責(zé)任，但是應(yīng)當(dāng)減輕或者免除處罰。
對正在進行行兇、殺人、搶劫、強暴、綁架以及其他嚴重危及人身安全的暴力犯罪，采取防衛(wèi)行為，造成不法侵害人傷亡的，不屬于防衛(wèi)過當(dāng)，不負刑事責(zé)任�！�
If a person employs an act to stop an unlawful infringement for the purposes of avoiding the said infringement for the State's or the public interest or for his own or another person's right of the person, property right or any other right, thus causing harm to the unlawful infringer, the said act shall be regarded as a justifiable defense and the said person shall not bear criminal responsibility.
If a justifiable defense apparently exceeds the limits of necessity, thus causing a serious harm, the person involved shall bear criminal responsibility, but be given a mitigated punishment or be exempt from punishment.
If a person employs an act of defense to an immediate violent crime of committing physical assault, homicide, robbery, rape, kidnapping or any other crime seriously endangering the safety of another person, thus causing bodily injury or death to the unlawful infringer, the said act shall not be regarded as a defense that exceeds the limits of necessity, and the said person shall not bear criminal responsibility.
