從小學一年級開始，我就很少舉手發(fā)言，回答問題，尤其是英語課。但是，那天的英語課卻讓我十分難忘。
“叮鈴鈴——”上課了，我瞅了一眼課程表，上英語課！天哪！我的心情直降谷底！
老師抱著一本英語書，昂著頭，很莊重地走了進來。但這時座位沒有坐滿，老師站在那里，等著同學們進來。小華又蹦又跳地跑了進來，老師很生氣地瞪了他一眼……一分鐘之后，同學們?nèi)慷甲讼聛�，老師也開始對我們進行瘋狂攻擊！老師每問一題，我們就回答。但我，卻一題不答，有一題我明明答對了，卻把機會放手讓給了別人，因為，我不敢舉手，怕說錯了老師會批評我，而且我英語學得不好，一般般，于是，我呆呆地坐在那。
老師又問了一遍，全班同學基本都舉起了手，我們班的英語神通小真，都站了起來，我的左桌小唐，鼓著腮，瞪著雙眼，把手舉得高高的。而我卻在邊上縮著努力減少我的`存在感。老師也不知道怎么了，誰也不叫就站在那里看著我，我一驚，慢悠悠地舉起手來，老師毫不猶豫地叫了我，讓我回答。我緊張地站了起來，從口里很小心地吐出答案，驚奇的是，我答對了，老師滿臉笑容給我們組加上一分……
下了課，老師走之前向我做了一個動作，讓我的心暖暖的，老師向我做了一個大拇指的動作，還向我微微一笑，我也笑了，表示我會繼續(xù)努力。
這一天，我過得十分快活，心里十分歡喜，總覺得今天很幸福，很幸運。這件事還讓我明白了一個道理，那就是，不管做什么事一定要有信心，不要猶豫，猶豫會讓你更害怕，不管你答得是對還是錯，都要相信自己，永遠不要低估自己，一定要勇往直前。

As is generally known, the computer can do a wide range of work, including complex computation and analyses. People now also use it as a teaching aid in designing. An infinite variety of software can be put into the computer, which explains why it is so powerful.
There is, however, one thing which we should bear in mind: that the computer cannot think but man can. So there need not be any fear that someday the computer will control us and all we should expect is try our best to bring it to perfection. A computer age is not a pipe dream and there will come a day when most of our needs can be met by this wonderful machine.
