　　How to improve psychological health?

　　As is known to all, psychological health is as important as, if not more important than, physical health for a student during his/her growth. However, it’s quite worrying that nowadays some students are not quite psychologically healthy.

　　Undoubtedly, schools and universities should take great account in the responsibilities of students’ psychological health. Relevant courses and activities should be introduced to students so that they would be more aware of the significance of psychological health and find appropriate ways to maintain and improve it. For example, there should be a psychological counseling hotline or office for students to turn to when they need some psychological aid.

　　Of course no psychological health can be obtained without the efforts from the students themselves. From my perspective, what they can do is trying to stay positive, optimistic and follow the right guidelines from their schools. To be more specific, they can participate in some activities such as voluntary work to cultivate an opening and caring mind. Meanwhile, harmful impacts from the cyber space should definitely be avoided.

　　每天上午，我都要去作文輔導(dǎo)班，下午二點(diǎn)，媽媽就會(huì)準(zhǔn)時(shí)讓我學(xué)英語，其實(shí)我媽對(duì)我也不錯(cuò)，你瞧，她怕我悶，還給我找來了個(gè)小伙伴了，他是同年級(jí)（3）班的鄧偲，我現(xiàn)在就來介紹一下我們是怎樣學(xué)英語的吧！我媽用的可是高科技教學(xué)法，她打開電腦，在網(wǎng)上找到我們英語課編委會(huì)成員吳悅心老師講課的視頻，就要我們認(rèn)真的聽，在這個(gè)過程中，媽媽偶爾來個(gè)暫停，提一些問題，要我和鄧偲搶答，我們要是回答不上，媽媽就會(huì)用書敲我們的手，聽完視頻，媽媽就會(huì)拿來點(diǎn)讀機(jī)，她點(diǎn)我們讀，一遍又一遍，我們每天都要記十幾個(gè)單詞，第二天還會(huì)復(fù)習(xí)，錯(cuò)了的話，我們的小手可就慘嘍！讀完了，我們就開始動(dòng)筆寫了，媽媽要求很嚴(yán)厲，要我們寫的又快又好，要是沒寫好，罰的可嚴(yán)了，最少是十遍以上。不過，在這樣嚴(yán)格我教導(dǎo)下，我們的.辛苦也沒白費(fèi)，你看我的英語這次考了九十六，鄧偲九十九，我決定，我要認(rèn)真的學(xué)習(xí)，我一定要超過他！

As the environment loses the green part, if this situation keeps spreading, then human being will face the great challenge to make a living.

　　The fight against the desert needs everyone's action. Experts have tried to invent new technology to return the wasted land green. While for the ordinary people, we should have the consciousness of protecting the environment any time, such as do not throw the rubbish away. We should also make an effort to plant more trees.

　　Now with effort that people make together, the desertification in our country is no longer spread, which is such inspiring news. In the coming future, we hope to return the world more green.
