　　Nowadays, it is not strange to see a young people who become a mortgage slave, since Chinese people have made an agreement that get marry after buy a house. As we can see, the real estate advertisementis everywhere in the city. However, the real estate market strong impetus firstcame from the effective demand for the release of individuals.

　　現(xiàn)在看到年輕人變成房奴不奇怪，因?yàn)橹袊�人一致認(rèn)為結(jié)婚得買房。就像我們所見到的，城市里到處都是房地產(chǎn)廣告。然而，房地產(chǎn)市場如此火爆是受個(gè)人購房需求的增長影響的。

　　By storing most of their wealth in real estate, many Chinese households have become house price dependent. They dream about that they will have a happy family life after they have a house of their own, but as a matter of fact, a family like that has to repay the loan principal and interest with 40%-50% of disposable income or even higher proportion every year. Undoubtedly, it will affect the normal consumption, make family life quality drops, and even make people feel depression of slavery.

By contrast,their pressure is far smaller than house slave; they don’t have to worry about mortgage. In my point of view, I won’t become a house slave unless a have money to buy a house.

The air hostesses were friendly and warm-hearted. They offered their best service to us with their beautiful smiles. And they also helped us heart and soul when we found it necessary. 　　About an hour later, I arrived atthe White Cloud Airport in Guangzhou. After I got off the plane, I transferred the coach to Guangzhou Railway Station. My friend Phillip met me there. He was glad to see me again and invited me to have some delicious food in a nearby restaurant. Then we took the subway to his living place. I was very tired on that day but I felt so joyous, because this was the first time that I hadtraveled alone.

　　大約一小時(shí)后，我來到了廣州白云機(jī)場。我下飛機(jī)后，我坐長途公車到廣州火車站。我的朋友菲利浦在那里等我。再次見到我他很高興，并邀請我在附近一家餐廳吃美味的食物。然后我們乘地鐵去了他住的地方。那天我很累，但我很開心，因?yàn)檫@是我第一次獨(dú)自旅行。
