小學(xué)開展同伴謙讓教育的研究論文

　　摘 要。

　　當(dāng)今社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)無處不在，人們的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)從兒童甚至是幼兒時(shí)代就開始被培養(yǎng)、被灌輸，以至于考慮問題、尋求解決辦法時(shí)不屑將謙讓提上日程，在這世事變遷中如何讓學(xué)生找準(zhǔn)自己的道德定位以及運(yùn)用自身道德判斷能力去分析則變得愈加重要，這也是心理教育的呼喚、道德教育的訴求所在。對(duì)謙讓問題的研究，著重體現(xiàn)了謙讓的生活性、關(guān)懷性及智慧性，幫助學(xué)生弄清什么是真正的謙讓，謙讓與幾組主題間的關(guān)系，旨在增強(qiáng)同伴間謙讓體驗(yàn)?zāi)芰�、提高學(xué)生環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力、發(fā)揮其對(duì)學(xué)生道德生活的指引能力。

　　謙讓多附屬在親社會(huì)行為研究中，關(guān)于謙讓行為層面的研究涉及較多，缺乏對(duì)謙讓情感上的關(guān)注，通過對(duì)同伴關(guān)系、謙讓以及同伴教育三方面的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研讀，將小學(xué)生同伴謙讓教育的研究現(xiàn)狀做了梳理，理清這三部分的已有研究特點(diǎn)，并分析存在的問題有兒童同伴關(guān)系的干預(yù)研究還不夠深入、對(duì)謙讓的研究缺乏情感上的關(guān)注以及同伴教育的研究范圍有待延伸。

　　結(jié)合兒童合作策略問卷、兒童合作態(tài)度量表以及對(duì)學(xué)生、任課老師的訪談，從“知情意行”四個(gè)維度出發(fā)，制定小學(xué)生同伴謙讓現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查問卷，以隨機(jī)整群抽取的鹽城市、無錫市、淮安市、常州市中的三到六年級(jí)共 300 名學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象，在任的 13 位教師為訪談對(duì)象，對(duì)調(diào)查問卷的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行 SPSS.13.0 軟件處理。

　　調(diào)查結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)：小學(xué)低、中年級(jí)學(xué)生更知曉謙讓；男生比女生更易傾露出謙讓；學(xué)生行為選擇的意志力亟待提高；中年級(jí)學(xué)生知行不一情況較為明顯這些問題，對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果做了成因分析，相應(yīng)地提出調(diào)查的反思與建議。根據(jù)上述調(diào)查與分析，試著探尋小學(xué)生同伴謙讓教育的實(shí)踐路徑，以情感德育模式為理論基礎(chǔ)，以布魯姆教育目標(biāo)分類學(xué)為參照，從認(rèn)知、情感以及行為三領(lǐng)域出發(fā)擬定小學(xué)生同伴謙讓教育的目標(biāo)，旨在挖掘?qū)W生心理潛能、發(fā)展心理機(jī)能、最終促進(jìn)人整體的發(fā)展；內(nèi)容上重點(diǎn)對(duì)不良謙讓情感類型進(jìn)行干預(yù)；活動(dòng)運(yùn)作上創(chuàng)設(shè)同伴教育者委員會(huì)，以生促生，以師為導(dǎo)，開展豐富多樣的同伴謙讓活動(dòng)；通過本人、同伴、教師三方來評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生在知情意行上的反應(yīng)，每個(gè)維度也有自己的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。借此鍛煉學(xué)生理性思維，提高道德判斷能力，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值。

　　Abstract.

　　Competition is everywhere in today's society, people's sense of competition from the age ofchild began to be cultured, indoctrinated, led to disdain humility made when solving problems,considering things. In this changing environment, how to enable students to find their own moralorientation and the use of rational thinking their own moral judgment to analyze this issue isbecoming increasingly important, this is also the needs of psychological and moral education.

　　Research on the issue of humility, embodies the humility of living, intellectual, care function, helpstudents understand what is the real humility, relationships with several groups of humility amongtopics, designed to enhance the ability of experiencing humility among peers, improve students'ability to adapt to the environment, guidelines moral life of students.

　　Humility mostly affiliated research in prosocial behavior, research on the behavioral level ofhumility involves more, lack of concern for the feelings of humility, through studying the literatureon peer relationships, humility, and peer ed ucation, status of research on the subject has done acomb, clarify the existing features of the three-part study, problems with intervention children's peerrelationships is not deep enough, lack of attention to the humility of research on emotions, the s tudyscope of peer education to be extended.

　　Combine with children's cooperation strategy questionnaire, children's cooperative attitudeScale and the interviews with students and their teachers, depend on four dimensions, developedquestionnaire about this topics, 300 students from three to the sixth grades in Wuxi city, Yanchengcity, Huai'an city and Changzhou city were randomly samples, In addition to interviewing thirteenteachers of these schools, Processing data with SPSS.13.0.

　　the survey shows that lower and middle grades students are more aware of humility, Boys areeasier to exposed humility than girls, student's willpower needs to be improved, middle gradestudents' cognition and action are not coordinate, analysis the result of these findings, p ut forwardcorresponding countermeasures and suggestions. According to the survey and analysis, explore thepractical path about education of primary school students' peer humility, based on the theory ofmoral emotions, in Taxonomy of Educational Objectives as a reference, From the cognitive,emotional and behavioral, intended target of primary companion humility education, aims to tap thepotential of students' mental, development mental function, ultimately promote the overalldevelopment of human; on the content, focused interventions adverse emotional type of humility;on the operational activities, creation of peer educators Committee, student promote student,teachers guide students, carry out diverse activities about companions humility; evaluate studentresponses on the four dimensions by himself, companion, teacher tripartite, each dimension has itsown evaluation; exercise students' rational thinking, improve the moral judgment, realization ofself-worth ultimately.
